Lunch & Learn: Addressing Nevada’s highest-in-the-nation domestic violence rate

In Nevada, domestic violence fatalities are the highest in the nation with one domestic violence offense occurring roughly every 18 minutes. Thankfully, there are good people working to change that!

Join us to hear from Margaret Friedrichs and Alyssa Ropell of Domestic Violence Resource Center (DVRC). This dynamic duo will take us through the issue of domestic violence and the programs and services that DVRC offers to those impacted by the issue.

We will gather for lunch and discussion on Tuesday, February 5, at The Depot in Reno at 11:30 am and will conclude by 1 pm. To attend, please purchase your ticket online or reply to this email to RSVP if you plan to pay at the door. We hope to see you there!

Purchase tickets here.
